Accepted Insurances

Appointments are available Monday through Friday at our offices in Rochester. To schedule an appointment, please call (585) 922-5840 or for an appointment at the Park Ridge location (585) 723-7694. Our staff will be pleased to make an appointment at any of our locations. If a referral is required by your insurance, please have the number ready when scheduling your appointment. If you have had any previous studies, such as nerve conduction studies, X-rays, MRI's or Labs relating to your hand problem, please bring them along with you to your appointment. (Back To Top)

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. To avoid a no show fee, please give us at least a 24 hour notice of your inability to keep your scheduled appointment. A fee of $20 will be charged for the first missed appointment, and $40 for each subsequent missed appointment. (Back To Top)

Should an emergency occur for you during our office hours, please call the office and ask to speak to a nurse. She will advise you on where to go for treatment. When possible you will be seen in the office. After 4:30 pm or on weekends, if it is an emergency, please call the after hours number, (585) 723-6578, and ask for the physician on call. Any questions regarding location or time of surgery should be directed to our surgical schedulers at (585) 922-5840 option 6. This would include surgeries scheduled at a hospital, facility, or as an office procedure. (Back To Top)

The following insurances are accepted at the Rochester Hand Center. If your insurance is not listed, please contact your insurance carrier and ask if our doctors participate.
