Ralph P. Pennino, M.D.

Ralph P. Pennino, M.D., F.A.C.S., is Associate Chief of Surgery and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Rochester General Hospital. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his medical degree from Georgetown University Medical School. He subsequently completed a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He did his plastic surgical residency and an orthopedic fellowship at the University of New Mexico. He is board certified in hand surgery, plastic surgery and laser surgery and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
